The Untied Tiny House Association is bringing its Georgia Tiny House Festival® back to Eatonton, Georgia… and this time it will be even bigger and more exciting than our first Georgia Tiny House Festival!

The 2nd Annual (2017) Georgia Tiny House Festival® will be held March 3-5, 2017, at the most beautiful and more spacious Ooh La La Lavender Farm!

Additionally, the 2017 Georgia Tiny House Festival® will be our very next event after our highly successful 2016 Florida Tiny House Festival, which had over 50 tiny houses and micro structures!

As with all our events, the 2017 (2nd Annual) Georgia Tiny House Festival® will be unique to itself and offer activities, workshops, lectures and tiny houses not seen or available at our other Tiny House Festivals.

New to the 2017GTHF is the introduction of vintage campers! Yes, the canned ham-style campers and micro Airstreams of the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s that were such a big hit at our Florida event will be coming to Georgia and can be seen in “Happy Camper Land”.

A number of skoolies (converted buses) will be in attendance in “The School Yard” and be sure to visit the gypsy wagons, yurts and other special tiny homes in the “Bohemian Village”.

Private-owned tiny houses will be found in “Tiny House Town” and new model tiny homes will be on display, and for sale, from a number of professional builders in “Tool City”.

The United Tiny House Association prides itself on providing some of the biggest names in the tiny house movement as speakers and presenters at its events. The 2017 (2nd Annual) Georgia Tiny House Festival® will continue with this tradition by offering over 2 dozen workshops and lectures from experts and trailblazers in the subjects of tiny house construction, the tiny lifestyle, the legalities of living tiny, code enforcement considerations, off-grid living, and SO MUCH MORE!

The 2017GTHF is dog friendly. In fact, be sure to let your furry family member stop by the shaded pet rest area where water bowls will be available and a drawing will be held for a Tiny Dog House on Wheels! (For every three pounds of dry pet food dropped off you will receive a raffle ticket for the Tiny Dog House on Wheels. Also, raffle tickets can be purchased for $5.00. All proceeds for the raffle go to local no-kill animal rescue programs.)

Additionally, “Tiny Tot Town” will be an area for young ones to enjoy story time with the reading of the children’s book “The Big Adventures of Tiny House” and to participate in other fun activities.

We will also be providing continuous showings of Tiny House Expedition’s documentary, “Living Tiny Legally”, throughout Saturday and Sunday.

Friday, between the hours of 9AM-2PM, is open exclusively to students only, then gates open at 5PM for FREE to everyone.

On Saturday and Sunday, admission is $20.00 per day ($35.00 for a 2-day admission ticket) and gates open at 9AM.

There is an outdoor concert on both Friday and Saturday night in the arena, plus additional live entertainment throughout Saturday and Sunday during the day.

Be sure to mark your calendars for a great tiny house experience and plan to attend this family-friendly event, which promises to be three days of excitement, fun, inspiration, and of course… LOTS of tiny homes!
