The United Tiny House Association, in collaboration with Miranda’s Hearth, is bringing its for-charity Tiny House Festival to Massachusetts with the 4th Annual BIG MASS Tiny House Festival!

The 4th Annual BIG MASS Tiny House Festival will be held September 28-30, 2018; and this time it will be held in its largest location yet – the beautiful and spacious Marshfield Fair in Marshfield, Massachusetts!

As with all our events, the 4th Annual BIG MASS Tiny House Festival will be unique to itself and offer activities, workshops, lectures and tiny houses not seen or available at any other tiny house event in the North East!

Returning once again are those beautiful and classic vintage campers to “Happy Camper Land”, and a number of skoolies (converted buses) will be in attendance in “The School Yard”… and be sure to visit the gypsy wagons, yurts and other special tiny homes in the “Bohemian Village”.

Private-owned tiny houses will be found in “Tiny House Town” and new model tiny homes will be on display, and for sale, from a number of professional builders in “Tool City”.

The United Tiny House Association prides itself on providing some of the biggest names in the tiny house movement as speakers and presenters at its events.  The 4th Annual BIG MASS Tiny House Festival will continue with this tradition by offering 2-days (Saturday & Sunday) of workshops and lectures from experts and trailblazers in the subjects of tiny house construction, the tiny lifestyle, the legalities of living tiny, code enforcement considerations, off-grid living, and SO MUCH MORE!

The 4th Annual BIG MASS Tiny House Festival, as all our events, is dog friendly.  In fact, be sure to let your furry family member stop by the shaded pet rest area where water bowls will be available and a drawing will be held for a Tiny Dog House on Wheels! (For every three pounds of dry pet food dropped off you will receive a drawing ticket for the Tiny Dog House on Wheels. Also, drawing tickets are available for a donation of $5.00. All proceeds for the raffle go to a local no-kill animal rescue programs.)

Additionally, “Teenie’s Tiny Wonderland” will be an area for young ones to enjoy hands-on activities, arts, crafts, and lots of fun!

Friday, from 9AM-12PM, the gates open for FREE for ONLY students (ages 5-18) whose schools are pre-registered, and then the gates open at 5PM for FREE to everyone.  (For those who just cant wait until the FREE 5PM Session on Friday, tickets can be purchased at the gate on Friday from 12PM-4PM for $10.00 for ages 13 and older.)

On Saturday and Sunday, admission for ages 13 and older is $20.00 per day ($35.00 for a 2-day admission ticket) at the gates. (Discounted admission tickets are available on-line HERE for a limited time.)

There is an outdoor concert on both Friday and Saturday night on the main outdoor stage, plus additional live entertainment throughout Saturday and Sunday during the day.

Be sure to mark your calendars for a great tiny house experience and plan to attend this family-friendly event, which promises to be three days of excitement, fun, inspiration, and of course… LOTS of tiny homes!

Please Note: FREE admission ALL weekend for ages 12 and under; for retired, active and discharged military with valid ID; for law badged enforcement with valid ID; and for on-scene fire-responders with valid ID (fire fighters, EMTs & paramedics).  Also, ages 60 and older get 50% off at the gate on Saturday and Sunday.
