Here Comes the 2023 (8th Annual) Florida Tiny House Festival!
The United Tiny House Association, organizer the World’s five largest tiny house festivals on record (Florida 2016, Florida 2017, Florida 2018, Georgia 2018 & Georgia 2019), and 25 additional for-charity events, is excited to announce it is bringing the WORLD’s LARGEST tiny house event back to Florida with the 2023 (8th Annual) Florida Tiny House Festival!
After the HUGE successes of its first 29 for-charity tiny house festivals, United Tiny House Association is excited to be bringing its 30th event, the Florida Tiny Home Festival (8th Annual) to Gainesville, Florida, this upcoming November 18-19, 2023!
The 2023 Florida Tiny House Festival will once again have all the diverse assortments of tiny residences, micro homes, work shops, presentations, vendors, food concessions, and entertainment it is known for… and with the ADDITION of its established protocols for the health and safety of attendees and participants alike!

The Venue
The 2023 (8th Annual) Florida Tiny House Festival will held Sat-Sun, November 18-19, 2023, and will be held at the Gainesville Raceway in Gainesville, Florida.

Hours for both Saturday and Sunday are 10AM-5PM. Children ages 12 and under, Military (Active/Discharged/Retired), Badged-Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters and On-Scene First Responders are FREE all weekend. The admission fee at the gate for ages 13 and older is $20.00 for ALL weekend (both days) and discount tickets are available online HERE until midnight on Friday, November 18, 2021. (Regular Priced Admission Tickets are always available during the event at the gate.)
Private Owners – Bring Your Home
Are you a private owner (non-professional builder) of a tiny house, skoolie, vintage camper, yurt, or other tiny home? If you are interested in attending for FREE with your tiny house, or any other micro-mobile living structure, and are willing to open your home for tours and viewing during the Florida Tiny House Festival, please complete the required online registration form. (Note: FREE meals, electric hook-up, and gas gift card available depending on the event.)
