Here Comes the 2025 Georgia Tiny Home Festival (10th Annual)!
The United Tiny House Association, organizer the World’s five largest tiny house festivals on record (Florida 2016, Florida 2017, Florida 2018, Georgia 2018 & Georgia 2019), and 28 additional for-charity tiny house festivals around the country, is excited to announce it is bringing its 33rd for-charity tiny house festival back with its Georgia Tiny House Festival (10th Annual).
After the success of its 32 For-Charity Tiny House Festivals, the United Tiny House Association is excited to be bringing its 33rd for-charity tiny house festivals to Girard, Georgia!
The 2025 Georgia Tiny Home Festival (10th Annual) will have all the diverse assortments of tiny residences, micro homes, work shops, presentations, vendors, food concessions, entertainment, and children’s activities United Tiny House’s tiny house festivals are known for!

The 2025 Georgia Tiny House Festival will held Sat-Sun, August 30-31, 2025, at Dragon Homes’ new Tiny House Community in Girard, Georgia.

Hours for both Saturday and Sunday are 10AM-5PM. Children ages 12 and under, Military (Active/Discharged/Retired), Badged-Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters and On-Scene First Responders are FREE all weekend. The admission fee at the gate for ages 13 and older is $10.00 and discount tickets are available online HERE until Friday, August 29, 2025.

Private Owners – Bring Your Home
Are you a private tiny home owner (non-professional builder) of a tiny house, skoolie, vintage camper, yurt, or other tiny home? If you are interested in attending for FREE with your tiny house, or any other micro-mobile living structure, and are willing to open your home for tours and viewing during the Georgia Tiny House Fetival, please complete the required online registration form. (Note: Saturday night pot luck dinner, gas stipend, and electric hook-up (depending on the event) available for registered homeowners.
